Session Description
Before you can lead and inspire others you must first demonstrate the discipline to manage yourself. We’ve already talked about influence over your schedule and your emotions – but we can’t leave out discipline over your finances and fitness. Having the resources to fulfill your potential and being healthy enough to achieve your goals is the result of purposeful habits and self-discipline.
Objectives
By the end of this session, students will be able to:
Understand the connections between financial discipline, physical fitness and leadership
More effectively manage their money to achieve financial freedom
Appreciate the effect that food has on their day-to-day life
Dedicate themselves to maintaining a healthy and fit lifestyle
